H2H Renovations

H2H stands for Houses to Homes.  We renovate houses that are in need of some love - either extensive remodeling or simple updating - in order to make them more marketable.  We take a piece of real estate that is simply a HOUSE and try to beautify and make it more practical as a HOME.  

H2H Renovations is committed to excellence in craftsmanship and in personal relationships.

H2H is a family business.  Terry Seaman, a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in project management in the corporate world, is CEO.  His wife Susan keeps the books and maintains the website (and packs lunches).  All four kids have been involved (sometimes reluctantly) with demolition, painting, pressure washing, landscaping, and simple electrical work.
